The Truth
Two couples, lots of secrets… but can any of them tell the truth? British comedy favourites Stephen Mangan, Ardal O’Hanlon (Father Ted), Sarah Hadland (Miranda) and Janie Dee star in this razor-sharp revival of Florian Zeller’s Olivier Award-winning comedy. The Truth follows married couple Michel and Laurence, and their friends Alice and Paul. The thing is, Michel and Alice are having an affair… and Alice thinks they should come clean to their partners. But would honesty cause more harm than keeping the whole thing clandestine? As the relationships become entangled in more and more uncomfortable ways, each participant has to decide whether they’re really being honest - with each other and with themselves. Academy Award winner Zeller’s play is a twisting, turning night of surprises and laughs, led by a starry team of comic actors for its first major London revival in 10 years.
