Dear Lupin
Dear Lupin: Letters to a Wayward Son is an Award-winning book made up of letters from Sunday Times racing correspondent Roger Mortimer to his rebellious son Charlie. The letters begin in the late 1960’s spanning a period of nearly 25 years and are packed full of amusing anecdotes and witty observations as Roger resigns himself to Charlie’s errant behaviour. Two Times BAFTA Award winner James Fox (The Remains of the Day, Patriot Games and Downton Abbey) stars alongside his son Jack Fox (Our Zoo, Mr Selfridge, Fresh Meat) in this hilarious and touching story. The book is adapted for the stage by journalist and best-selling author Michael Simkins and marks his first foray into writing for the stage. Dear Lupin opened at the Apollo theatre on the 30th of July following a successful UK tour.
